40 km from Dijon, Beaune is one of Burgundy's most symbolic towns.
With its historical, gastronomic and wine-growing heritage, the Burgundy wine capital has been awarded the Ville d'Art et d'Histoire (Town of Art and History) label, and offers plenty to discover. Among the must-sees, in the heart of its old town encircled by ramparts and just a few minutes from our hotel: the Hospices de Beaune, a jewel of Burgundian medieval architecture (15th century) listed as a Historic Monument; the Hotel des Ducs de Bourgogne, which today houses the Musée du Vin; the Collégiale Notre-Dame; the Musée des Beaux Arts; the Maison des Climats; the famous Burgundy or Beaune cellars, or the famous Moutarderie Fallot…
Leaving Beaune, you can follow the Route des Grands Crus, visiting the cellars, castles, abbeys and other monuments that dot the landscape: the Chateau de Pommard, the Chateau de Meursault, the Chateau du Clos de Vougeot, the Abbaye de Citeaux, the Abbaye de Fontenay and the Palais des Ducs in Dijon are just a few examples.
And if you're looking for an active holiday, you'll love the many activities on offer: hot-air ballooning, Levernois Golf Club, Santenay Casino, cycling along the Voie des Vignes or Voie Verte... Don't hesitate to bring your own bike: our hotel has a bike room where you can park your bike in complete safety.

At the Beaune theatre you can enjoy a different show almost every week. The theatre is 6 minutes from the hotel by car (13 minutes on foot).

The Palais des Congrès has a fully-equipped auditorium with 3km² of event space, 4 minutes from the hotel by car (20 minutes on foot).
VARIOUS CYCLING ROUTES
